This is a 6 inch chipper. It has been serviced and is in great condition. This size chipper is a favorite among contractors and landscapers. The chipper is powered by a 27HP Kohler engine and uses the Auto Feed II system to maximize productivity as well as incorporates the innovative Bottom Feed Stop Bar to enhance operator safety. The operating weight of the unit is 1900 lbs. and the overall towing length is 110 inches. The BC600XL series is still in production and parts are readily available from all Vermeer dealers. Vermeer has a great reputation for building quality chippers.
